Electromechanical Arm Barrier PRIME-C Series

KRC PRIME-C Series electromechanical arm barriers are designed especially for car park entrances with intensive, rapid vehicle passage. Compared with standard parking barriers, they are better suited to demanding environmental conditions and intensive use. Thanks to the specially designed boom coupling, the boom swings sideways rather than breaking in the event of vehicle impact; it can then be repositioned and returned to service. The brushless DC motor and encoder-controlled soft movement provide uninterrupted operation in hot climates and extend mechanism life. The drive unit is electromechanical.

In the event of a power failure, the barrier opens automatically without intervention and remains in the open position. The microprocessor controller allows easy integration with card readers, biometric readers such as fingerprint and facial recognition, RF systems and other devices. Dual-channel safety loop detectors, red/green traffic lights and flashing beacons can also be integrated.
