Road Blockers
Specially manufactured for military sites, government buildings, airports, and critical infrastructure, KRC Hydraulic Road Blockers offer uncompromising physical resistance capable of stopping high-tonnage vehicle ramming attempts. Powered by robust hydraulic drive units, the heavy-duty steel blocker plate rises from the ground in seconds to seal off access completely. Designed with reinforced internal structures and PLC controllers, KRC Road Blockers represent the pinnacle of perimeter defense.

The RBL-CT Series has been verified to K12 / DOS SD-STD-02.01 crash-test standards. All road blocker models undergo computer-aided finite element analysis to confirm their resistance to hostile vehicle impact.
A manual hand pump on the hydraulic unit allows the blocker to be raised or lowered without power. The optional DCO module enables 6–10 full cycles without mains electricity; the EFO module raises the blocker to full height in 1 second.
K12 is the highest vehicle impact resistance standard defined by the US Department of State. It certifies the ability to withstand the impact of a 6,800 kg vehicle travelling at 80 km/h. The KRC RBL-CT Series meets this standard.
The KRC RBL-SL Shallow-Mount Road Blocker requires only 400 mm excavation depth. It is used where ground conditions, historical surfaces or lease restrictions prevent deep foundation work. Raising and lowering is completed within 3–4 seconds.
Including foundation excavation and concrete work, installation typically takes 3–5 working days. The RBL-SL shallow-mount model can be installed more quickly with minimal civil works. KRC engineers conduct a site survey before installation.
