Control Panels HPU-DCO-EFO
Standard HPU
The hydraulic power unit is specially designed for road blockers and barriers. The oil tank capacity is 40 litres. The hydraulic system includes a pressure gauge, manual hand pump, oil level and temperature indicator, directional control valve, filler cap, pressure adjustment system and a 5.5 kW electric motor.
DC Operation (DCO)
In the event of a power failure, the optional DCO system allows 6 to 10 complete operating cycles without mains power. An advanced battery charging circuit ensures seamless transfer between AC and DC power. The system includes a 24 VDC, 2.2 kW DC power unit and two 12 VDC 50 A dry-type maintenance-free batteries. Oil tank capacity is 100 litres.
Emergency Fast Operation (EFO)
The optional Emergency Fast Operation feature uses a high-pressure accumulator to raise the road blocker to the fully deployed position in approximately 1 second. The function is activated via the panic button on the control panel. Oil tank capacity is 100 litres.
